Founded in 2007, Alpha Inc. is a locally owned and operated Hawaiʻi construction company built on a clear vision and a commitment to excellence. What began as Alpha Excavation with a single piece of equipment has grown into a full-service civil construction company serving all communities across the Hawaiian Islands.
Alpha Inc. was founded and is owned by Maui-local, Jason Stenger and his wife, Tiffany Stenger, with deep roots in Hawaiʻi and a long-standing dedication to building infrastructure that supports local communities. Today, Alpha Inc. is led by President Greg Sado, born and raised on the island of Maui, whose local knowledge, leadership, and industry experience help guide the company’s continued growth and commitment to quality across all operations.
Today, Alpha Inc. specializes in Heavy Civil Construction, Water Well Drilling, Underground Utilities, Concrete Construction, and Renewable Energy solutions. As an experienced Hawaiʻi civil contractor, we provide a comprehensive range of construction services tailored to meet the diverse and evolving needs of public and private sector clients throughout the state.
