"Having been born and raised on Maui, my journey with Alpha began in 2013 at the age of 19. Despite having no prior experience in excavation or drilling, I was assured that the possibilities were endless here, provided that I showed enough initiative and asked enough questions. I knew I had to put in extra hours on my own time to become a better operator and manager, and I did. I even had the opportunity to become a water well driller and pump installer, which was a steep learning curve. But it has all been worth it as I have been fortunate enough to grow and take on new challenges. Today, at 29 years old, I hold the position of Drilling Superintendent at one of the greatest companies to work for. Our HR team invests a lot of time in ensuring we have the best team possible to tackle any job. The President of Alpha is dedicated to taking care of his workers because he knows that without good workers, a company cannot excel.
