Central Maui Landfill Entrance Facility Improvements

Alpha Inc. completed civil construction and roadway improvements at the Central Maui Landfill, enhancing access and operational efficiency. The project focused on expanding the main entrance access road and constructing a new refuse drop-off bay, requiring detailed coordination and phased construction.

Project scope included demolition of existing asphalt, mass excavation to accommodate new retaining walls for the refuse bay, relocation of existing utilities, and installation of new fencing and guardrails. Additional work included asphalt paving improvements and site enhancements to support safe traffic flow and long-term functionality.
