AC Hotel Wailea

Alpha Inc. completed all civil sitework for a four-story, 110-room luxury resort located on three acres along the sunny coast of Wailea, Maui. The project included comprehensive site preparation, mass excavation, grading, and utility infrastructure to support the development of a high-end hospitality destination.

Designed by R.D. Olson and completed in May 2021, the resort features an infinity-edge swimming pool and required precise site coordination to meet both design and environmental requirements. Alpha Inc.’s experienced civil construction team delivered the sitework efficiently and safely, supporting the successful on-time opening of the resort.
