Phase 1 also known as Mahinahina Hills of the Pulelehua project focuses on complete infrastructure development, including mass excavation work for approximately 120,000 yards, dedicated to constructing the first 100 affordable townhouses.
This marks the beginning of a multi-phase, 10-year project in West Maui.
Pulelehua will offer diverse housing options, including affordable rentals, market-rate rentals, and single-family lots with ohanas.
The community will feature a 10-acre multi-sport park for recreational activities. To ensure sustainability, Pulelehua will implement a state-of-the-art water treatment system and reliable potable water resources. Additionally, a public elementary school will be included, providing convenient education access for families.
